The Grounder & The Tuner

The devices may take up to a week to see results in the sky.  Or it may take one day.  Amazing things can happen over night with this technology. :-)

The Grounder

Connect a steel galvanized fence post to a copper wire.  Put the end of the copper wire into a bucket of water.  Trickle water into the bottom off the bucket, so the excess overflows off the top. Connect the GROUND wire of your house to the water.   Point the pipe at a 60 degree angle into the sky.  You’re done.. I’ll be using 14 of these.

The Tuner

On a quartz crystal that is natural clear & transparent, cover the bottom 1/4th inch outer walls in Olive oil.  Then apply & wrap gold leaf on the oil & all the way around the quartz.  Now wrap the gold in silver leaf.  Now wrap the silver in copper leaf.  Construction is finished.  Now put this device on a spinning platform in the sun.
